Jefferson County commissioners meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026, to vote on a University of Idaho Extension budget agreement, an irrigation pump and supplies for sports fields, Christmas at the Lake decorations, retail alcohol licenses and the county’s 2027 health insurance renewal.
The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners holds its regular meeting Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026, starting at 9 a.m. The public can also join by Zoom (link on the agenda).
9 a.m. items: an FY27 budget agreement with the University of Idaho for the county Extension office; for Parks & Recreation, buying an irrigation pump, approving a bid for irrigation supplies for the sports fields and buying event decorations for Christmas at the Lake; a Planning & Zoning update; and routine votes on claims, certificates of residency, minutes and retail alcohol licenses. Commissioners will also discuss actuary invoices and a County Line Road meeting.
10 a.m. items: Public Works and the City of Rigby will discuss a trade of materials and equipment, and the board will act on the county’s 2027 health insurance renewal.
