The Indian Health Service awarded a Native American-owned builder $2,481,325.25 for staff homes in Arizona

A small Native American-owned builder got $2,481,325.25 from the Indian Health Service to build staff homes in Parker, Arizona.

The company is Pimmex Contracting Corp. The Indian Health Service is part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Its engineering office in Seattle signed the contract on April 3, 2025. The job is the Parker Duplex Quarters. These are new duplex homes for health staff.

The first price was $2,415,490. Then the agency paid for five small changes. They covered more work, like sidewalk removal, signs, and decomposed granite. That brought the total to $2,481,325.25. So far, $2,217,865.96 has been paid out.
