Testing standards for gaming systems: the Board discusses them Oct. 7, licensee objections are due Oct. 19, and the planned effective date is Oct. 23, 2026.
Internal control standards version 9.1 for card games and online gaming: objections are due Nov. 1. If none, the standards take effect Dec. 1, with compliance required by Jan. 1, 2027.
Gaming salons: the Commission changed Regulation 5.200 on Sept. 17, 2026, updating logging rules for salon guests. It took effect that day.
