Each site would have a 1,500-square-foot camping area, an RV pad, utility hookups, camping amenities and privacy landscaping. All but three sites would also get two parking spaces for cars.
The plan also includes shared laundry, stormwater facilities, landscaping, internal driveways and frontage improvements on the roads next to the property.
