Deschutes County: DFR wildfire insurance open houses in Redmond, La Pine and Sisters
Oregon DFR scheduled three Deschutes County wildfire-area insurance open houses: Redmond on Oct. 30, La Pine on Nov. 18 and Sisters on Nov. 19, 2026. Each covers shopping for coverage, nonrenewals and working with agents.
Oregon's Division of Financial Regulation (DFR) invited wildfire-impacted homeowners to an open house in Redmond, La Pine and Sisters to discuss insurance options, nonrenewals and how to work with agents and companies.
When and where. three Deschutes County dates — Redmond Friday, Oct. 30, 2026, 3:30 to 5 p.m.; La Pine Wednesday, Nov. 18, 4 to 5:30 p.m.; Sisters Thursday, Nov. 19, 4 to 5:30 p.m. at Redmond Library Community Room 2, La Pine Library Community Room, and Sisters Public Library Community Room. DFR says the session is open to homeowners in wildfire-prone areas whether they have questions or have already been nonrenewed.
Dates. Redmond Library Community Room 2, Friday, Oct. 30, 3:30–5 p.m. La Pine Library Community Room, Wednesday, Nov. 18, 4–5:30 p.m. Sisters Public Library Community Room, Thursday, Nov. 19, 4–5:30 p.m. The Sisters stop is listed as Black Butte/Sisters in the DFR release.
