Jefferson County’s meetings page, opened October 3, 2026, listed these dated lines.

Board of Commissioners, October 7, 2026, 8:15 a.m. to noon.

Planning Commission, October 8, 2026, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The page also labeled that line “10/08/26 Planning Commission Meeting.”

Board of Commissioners, October 14, 2026, 8:15 a.m. to noon.

Planning Commission, October 22, 2026, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Board of Commissioners, October 28, 2026, 8:15 a.m. to noon.

Later lines included a November 4, 2026 board block at 8:15 a.m. to noon, and a separate title on the page that reads “Board of Commissioners Meeting & @ Crooked River Ranch at 6pm.” The page text did not make it obvious whether 6 p.m. replaces the morning hour or is a second meeting. NEEDS VERIFY that Crooked River Ranch line before you publish a time. A November 11 board line was marked canceled. Planning Commission on November 26, 2026 was marked canceled. December 24 planning was marked canceled. A special meeting with the Metolius City Council was listed without a time in the lines copied here. Do not invent that time.

The commissioners page lists Kelly Simmelink, Mark Wunsch, and Seth Taylor, each with different department liaisons. It did not, in the lines copied here, label a chair. Do not add one.

The seat is Madras. Do not print a courthouse street. The live hub’s Extension brief is not this calendar.
