Lincoln County and the November 3, 2026 election

If you live in Lincoln County, Oregon, the next statewide general election is Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The Oregon Secretary of State sets the statewide clock. The last day to register is October 13, 2026. Online registration must be in by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Counties start mailing ballots to active voters on October 14. There are no statewide ballot measures on this election. Governor and U.S. Senator are on every ballot. Your city, county, school, and district lines depend on the address on your registration.

Lincoln County’s clerk runs drop boxes, the local voters’ pamphlet pieces, and signature checks. Start at the county site, https://www.co.lincoln.or.us/, and look for elections. Also use the state page linked below. Do not copy a drop-box address into Notice Nearby unless you open the clerk’s list the day you publish. Boxes move.

The state says a mailed ballot must be postmarked by Election Day and can arrive up to seven days later. A drop-box ballot must be in by 8 p.m. on November 3. Sign the envelope yourself. If the signature does not match, the county sends a challenge, and you have 21 days after the election to fix it.
