The Office of the Secretary of the Senate posted three full-time, limited-duration roles for the 2027 Regular Session. Work is on-site at the Oregon State Capitol in Salem; remote work is not available. Expected window: about Jan. 6, 2027 through no later than June 27, 2027 (may end sooner when session ends). Senate Receptionist (REQ-208220): $3,233–$4,848/month. Greets visitors, helps with chamber ingress/egress and decorum, and keeps daily public reports. Minimum: high school diploma or GED; prior reception work preferred.
Senate Sergeant-At-Arms (REQ-208213): $3,632–$5,447/month. Maintains order and security in the chamber, leads floor staff, liaises with press, and supports emergency protocols with Capitol Security and Oregon State Police.
Senate Page/Doorkeeper (REQ-208215): $3,233–$4,848/month. Controls chamber floor access, prepares the chamber, distributes daily publications, and greets visitors. Minimum: high school diploma or GED; no experience required.
