OregonBuys: search state solicitations without inventing a local bid

OregonBuys is the state bid search. DAS says you can look up statewide price agreements without a login, using Advanced search on oregonbuys.gov. Do not invent a solicitation number.

OregonBuys is the state’s purchasing system, run with the Department of Administrative Services. It is not a county board packet. A county bid in Crook or Wallowa stays on that county’s page. A state price agreement stays here.

The public OregonBuys page opened October 3, 2026, starts at a search for bid solicitations. A DAS OregonBuys help page opened the same night says you do not need a login to search statewide price agreements. The steps on that page: go to oregonbuys.gov, then choose Advanced next to the top search bar. Supplier support on that page is 1-855-800-5046. Agency and Oregon Cooperative Procurement Program support is 1-888-472-9102, or the email the page lists for e-procurement support.

The DAS page also links how to submit an electronic response and how to write a stronger proposal. This brief does not pick a solicitation number. The search page did not hand this packet a single open title worth quoting. NEEDS VERIFY any bid number, closing time, or dollar amount until that solicitation is on your screen.

Packet 1 already tells counties not to cite a guessed 404 as a bid list. OregonBuys is the state door when the buyer is the state. It does not replace Multnomah’s still-unconfirmed county bid URL from packet 1.
