Oregon: Emergency management office flags FEMA grant deadline extension to Dec. 15 and new quake repair guide

Oregon’s Department of Emergency Management updated its Federal Actions page on Oct. 9, 2026: FEMA extended the FY2026 non-disaster grant acceptance deadline to Dec. 15, amended Homeland Security grants after a court order, released a post-earthquake repair guide, and freed $14.6 million for an Astoria hospital.
