Wallowa County’s advertisement for bids, opened October 3, 2026, invites design-build proposals from qualified firms. The work is architectural and related design, engineering, and construction services for a maintenance shop and administrative offices. The page names Enterprise as the place and prints a street. The project is subject to Oregon prevailing wage rates. Sealed bids will be received by Executive Assistant Tera Elliott at the Board of Commissioners office until Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The county may reject proposals that do not meet the solicitation, and it may reject all bids for good cause if that is in the public interest.
