Washington County Elections publishes the November 3, 2026 general election on its current-election page. Deadlines on that page are 5:00 p.m. except Election Day, which runs to 8:00 p.m. Ballots to military and overseas voters were set for September 19. Ballots to voters living out of state were set for October 5. The last day to register or to change party is October 13. Ballots to all registered voters are mailed October 14. Drop boxes close at 8:00 p.m. on November 3. The county says it will post unofficial results after that. Certification to the right elections officials is November 30.
The state page agrees on the shape of the election: register by October 13, ballots start October 14, no statewide measures, Governor and U.S. Senator on the ballot. County and city lines are extra.
For county offices, the county page lists a runoff for the at-large seat between Nafisa Fai and Pam Treece, and a runoff for district 4 between Kipperlyn Sinclair and Steve Callaway. Those names are copied from the county’s candidate list as checked October 3, 2026. Re-open the page before election week in case of a withdrawal. The withdrawal deadline on the county table was August 28, 2026, which has passed, but the official list still wins.
The elections office phone on the page is 503-846-5800. The office is in Hillsboro. Do not add a second address from memory.
