Genevieve Marie Huffaker, 20 — Coos County death announcement

Genevieve Marie Huffaker, 20, of Coquille, died September 19, 2026, after a crash in Coos County.

Oregon State Police said she was a passenger, was taken to a hospital, and was pronounced dead there.

The release does not name the hospital's city. It also said the driver, James Edward Price, died at the scene, and that a 4-month-old girl died. The infant's name was not released.
