Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on September 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Manhattan Community Board 1, 1 Centre Street, concerning the matter described below.
Proposed conversion of metered parking to commercial loading 7 a.m.–7 p.m. weekdays on selected blocks of Greenwich, Washington, and West Streets.
All interested persons may appear and be heard. Written comments will be accepted until the close of the hearing. This notice is published in accordance with applicable open-meeting and notice statutes.
