NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on September 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 175 E. 2nd Street, concerning the matter described below.
Consideration of a at-grade trail crossing with rectangular rapid-flashing beacons, a narrowed travel lane, and removal of eight on-street parking stalls. An alternative underpass concept is presented for comment only.
Location of the subject property or matter: West 23rd Street at the River Parks trail, Tulsa, OK 74103.
All interested persons may appear and be heard. Written comments will be accepted until the close of the hearing. This notice is published in accordance with applicable open-meeting and notice statutes.
