Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on March 4, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall Auditorium, 149 Church Street, concerning the matter described below.
Design review for low-glare path lighting and two accessible rest nodes along the waterfront bike path. The application includes a dark-sky fixture schedule and a seasonal shutoff between midnight and 5:00 a.m.
All interested persons may appear and be heard. Written comments will be accepted until the close of the hearing. This notice is published in accordance with applicable open-meeting and notice statutes.
