NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on April 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Municipal Building, 2101 O’Neil Avenue, concerning the matter described below.
The Department of Environmental Quality will take comment on a draft wasteload allocation for Crow Creek through Cheyenne, including a proposed total-phosphorus target and a ten-year schedule for the Crow Creek Water Reclamation Facility. A longer staff report is on file. This is a fictional environmental seed notice.
All interested persons may appear and be heard. Written comments will be accepted until the close of the hearing. This notice is published in accordance with applicable open-meeting and notice statutes.
