Stay off beaches, jetties and sea walls around high tide, keep out of the water, and do not drive through flooded beach roads or around barricades. Tie down or bring in patio furniture and trash cans, charge your phone, and treat any downed power line as live. Finish storm preparations now, before conditions worsen.
