NWS Tallahassee, Florida Flash Flood Warning issued 6:29 p.m. EDT for Northern Bay County in the panhandle of Florida; Calhoun County in the panhandle of Florida; Washington County in the panhandle of Florida. Until 11:30 p.m. CDT Friday (9:30 p.m. PT). At 529 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
