At 5:00 p.m. PT Friday the stage was 10.6 feet. Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. Forecast: The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.0 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. Flood stage is 11.0 feet. Impacts (NWS): At 11.6 feet, Water reaches the top of the bank. In effect until 5:00 p.m. PT Sat Oct 10.
