The item is a proposed synthetic minor air permit for a plastics product manufacturing plant (application No. 30167). EPD announced its intent to issue the permit and posted it for public comment.
What is proposed. The application asks for operating three chop-spray booths, two natural gas infrared heaters and a laser cutter.
