The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has posted its final agenda for its Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026, commissioners’ meeting, and three items involve Williamson County.

New wastewater permit. TCEQ says the facility will sit about 0.36 miles northwest of the intersection of North Drive and Northwest Carlos G. Parker Boulevard, in Williamson County, ZIP code 76574. The commissioners will also consider requests for a hearing or reconsideration, public comment and the executive director’s response (Docket No. 2026-1023-MWD).

Proposed enforcement orders. The agenda also lists agreed orders involving Titan NP35 Phase, LLC, for Edwards Aquifer violations (Docket No. 2025-1879-EAQ-E) and EZ Storage Services LLC, for water quality and Edwards Aquifer violations (Docket No. 2023-0743-MLM-E). The agenda does not list penalty amounts.

When and how to take part. The commissioners meet Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. at TCEQ headquarters in Austin (Building E, Room 201S), with the meeting also streamed on the TCEQ YouTube channel and open by Zoom and phone; connection details are in the agenda.
