The Missouri Department of Natural Resources will receive comments on a draft NPDES permit renewal for the James River wastewater treatment plant, including a proposed phosphorus limit of 0.5 mg/L as a monthly average, a wet-weather blending prohibition after 2028, and a schedule of compliance for two new tertiary filters.
