The National Weather Service in El Paso/Santa Teresa issued a High Wind Warning (KEPZ.HW.W.0006) at 1:18 p.m. MDT Wednesday, Oct. 14, for portions of south central New Mexico and southwest Texas, including El Paso County, Hudspeth County and portions of Otero County. In effect 6 p.m. MDT Thursday, Oct. 15, to noon MDT Friday, Oct. 16.
