A careful, court-notice posting — not an offer of a child for adoption.
Some courts require publication of an adoption proceeding so a person entitled to notice can appear. That is a court notice. It is not a listing of a child for adoption, and Notice Nearby will not sell recruiting copy or photographs of children.

- What proof do I get?
