Hang a county QR sheet
One printable sheet per county. The QR is a short link onto that county’s public-notice page. This is register traffic, not a newspaper run.
Every U.S. county and independent city has a Notice Nearby page and a printable US Letter QR sheet. That is 3,143 places. Open /posters, find the county, then Print or Download PDF.
What the sheet is for
Register traffic only. Tape it at a town hall, store, library, fire station, or grange so people can scan and see or place public notices for that county. Notice Nearby is a paid public-notice register — not a newspaper. Public Register Placement is a paid public-notice register posting. A register placement does not satisfy newspaper or other statutory notice requirements.
How to print
- Find the county on /posters or go straight to a page such as /or/clackamas.
- Choose a hang location (city hall, library, fire, board, or other). That sets the QR short link.
- Print the on-screen sheet, or download the PDF and send it to a black-and-white laser printer. Use US Letter, actual size, no fit-to-page shrink.
- Leave the marked top and bottom margins clear for tape.

- No. Notice Nearby is a paid public-notice register — not a newspaper. A register placement does not satisfy newspaper or other statutory notice requirements. The sheet is a way to send people to the county page.
- Who should I email about hanging one?
- Ask in person when you already have a relationship. Notice Nearby does not email clerks from this feature and does not send a blast. If you hang a sheet, you are the one taping it up.
- What does the QR open?
- A short link that 302-redirects to that county’s landing page with UTM tags so we can tell city-hall, library, fire, board, or other scans apart.
