After March 1, 2026, P.L. 2025, c. 72 routes most required notices away from the old print-newspaper tests. Public entities publish on the entity’s own official website (35:3-2). Private parties publish on an eligible online news publication (35:3-3). Notice Nearby is a paid notice register. It is not a newspaper and not a news publication. Legal Publication in New Jersey is a product SKU (public URL + Affidavit of Publication) that is not for sale at checkout. Existing New Jersey Legal Publication filings stay on this register. It is not a finding that 35:3-3 eligibility is met.

The Affidavit of Publication is the publisher’s record of what ran on this site. Online-only publication in lieu of a newspaper is per circuit-court jurisdiction, not a statewide grant from Oregon. No § 8.01-324(J) order is on file. We do not claim statewide statutory publication in Virginia. Do not expand this SKU to a named county until Ryan pastes a circuit-court order for that locality.
