One paid product for new filings

Public Register Placement does not satisfy newspaper or other statutory legal-notice requirements. A publisher affidavit on file does not make a meeting listing Legal Publication or newspaper publication. Legal Publication is not for sale at checkout. Existing Legal Publication filings stay on this register.

Meeting notices use the same Public Register Placement product as probate, bids, and ordinances. A meeting notice does not change the proof name. It can change the price when the filer is a government office and the notice is only a meeting or hearing. Legal Publication filings already on this register stay searchable.

The free location calendar

/meetings is a state- and county-filterable calendar of dated meeting and hearing notices already on the register — paid listings and sourced government listings. Filter by location. Signed-out visitors see the month grid and a short upcoming teaser. Sign in with My Notices to open every dated hearing in the filter and follow the public notice page. There is no password. Use the checkout email.

Hearings without a readable date stay off the month grid until a date can be parsed. That is a coverage gap, not a hidden listing.

Gov Meeting Listing

Government offices that are placing a meeting or hearing only can use Gov Meeting Listing instead of the regular word-tier price:

How to place one

Open the meeting / hearing form. Choose Meeting / hearing and check This is a government office meeting or hearing listing. Enter the office, date, venue, and file. Or start from a blank /publish form, choose Meeting / hearing, and check the same box. Pay on Stripe. Unpaid drafts never go live.

After payment the notice is public. Dated meetings appear on the calendar. The signed affidavit or placement-certificate PDF usually follows in about 1–2 hours on average after Publisher review — typical, not a guaranteed turnaround. Reopen the file later from My Notices.

Nothing here is court acceptance. Counsel decides whether an Affidavit of Publication or a Placement Certificate belongs in the file you are keeping.
