Write publisher@noticenearby.com with the same refuse-and-takedown fields used for Claim and register pages: publication number or archive URL, your name and email, your role, the relief asked for, and a short factual reason.

After you pay

Stripe charges the SKU. Nothing goes live unpaid.
The file sits in our storage until Ryan reviews it.
Approve → ready for Studio. Reject → Stripe refund.
Video SKUs get a 2–3s navy/ivory end card (“Paid placement · Sponsored”). We cold-open your footage.
The archive at /placements/youtube lists SKU, date, and the YouTube URL when live.
