Refuse
Publisher review happens before a paid notice, memorial, or company release goes live. Notice Nearby may refuse matter that is incomplete, not a notice product, or that the publisher will not carry. Refusal is a publisher decision. It is not a finding about any statute.
Takedown
To request removal of customer matter, write records@noticenearby.com or publisher@noticenearby.com. Include the public URL and, if you have it, the publication number. Say what should come down and why.
Sourced government / Federal Register listings point back to the original record. A takedown request for those rows is a request to drop the register copy. It does not change the source site.
This register is not a newspaper. Nothing here invents qualification evidence.
