Merchants who use Amazon's fulfillment network to ship orders from their own websites can now offer their shoppers something new at checkout: fast, free Prime delivery. And a new discount program helps them save more the more they ship.
Introducing Amazon Supply Chain Services: Amazon’s logistics network, now open to every business
Any business can now move, store, and deliver everything from raw materials to finished products using the same supply chain that supports Amazon and its independent selling partners.
Amazon just announced that new and hundreds of thousands of existing Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF) sellers in the U.S. can add fast, free Prime delivery as a shipping option on their own websites at no additional cost. Merchants can turn it on in minutes, with setup 70% faster on average compared to enabling standalone Buy with Prime, and no changes to payments processing, order management, or store policies.
Amazon also launched the MCF Preferred Pricing Program, which combines discounts on MCF fulfillment fees with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) credits per unit shipped. Together, merchants can save up to 25% on fulfillment fees across their own websites, marketplaces, and social channels. The program requires no contracts or long-term commitments, offers one-click enrollment, and discounts apply automatically when merchants ship.
When shoppers see the Prime badge on a merchant's site, they get the same trust and speed they associate with fast, free Prime delivery on Amazon, without needing to sign in to their Amazon account.
Does offering Prime delivery on your website increase sales?
For Gabriella Luksander, general manager at Skinnies Instant Lifts, the results have been immediate.
“When our shoppers see Prime delivery on our website, it changes their confidence level, especially first-time buyers,” Luksander said. “Since enabling it, we've seen a nearly 10% increase in sales , orders go out in about a day and a half , and ‘where is my order?’ inquiries have nearly disappeared. For a small team, that reliability makes all the difference.”
The data backs that up. According to a survey, 40% of Prime members are more likely to make a first-time purchase from a site showing the Prime logo, and 50% are more likely to buy again from sites offering Prime delivery benefits. Among early merchant adopters, more than 40% of eligible orders on average have shipped with Prime delivery, demonstrating strong early uptake of the option.
How does Prime delivery work on merchant websites?
Once a merchant adds Prime delivery to their website, the Prime badge appears on product pages. Shoppers select Prime delivery as a shipping option, and after the order is placed, Amazon verifies the shopper's Prime membership and fulfills the order from the merchant's inventory in Amazon's logistics network. Order confirmation and tracking come directly from the merchant.
Merchants can activate Prime delivery now through the Amazon MCF and Buy with Prime app for Shopify, with additional integration options through Amazon's Selling Partner API, and partners like Fulfil, LingXing, and WebBee launching soon.

How does the MCF Preferred Pricing Program help merchants save?
The MCF Preferred Pricing Program gives merchants deeper discounts the more they ship. The program combines a discount on MCF fulfillment fees with FBA credits on each unit shipped, with savings of 15% to 25% on fulfillment fees for the first six months. There are no contracts or long-term commitments required, and merchants can enroll with one click through Seller Central. Discounts apply automatically when merchants ship. For merchants focused on reducing operational costs, these savings can be reinvested into fulfilling more orders, expanding to new channels, or scaling their inventory.
What is Amazon Supply Chain Services?
MCF is part of Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) , which gives businesses of all types and sizes access to the freight, distribution, fulfillment, and parcel shipping capabilities Amazon has built, refined, and proven at scale over decades. With MCF, hundreds of thousands of merchants in 11 countries can leverage Amazon's fulfillment network to pick, pack, ship, and deliver orders across Amazon.com, their own websites, other online retailers, and social media channels. Merchants who use both MCF and Fulfillment by Amazon manage a single, shared pool of inventory across all their sales channels, which has helped U.S. merchants reduce out-of-stock rates by an average of 19% and improve inventory turnover by an average of 12% . Merchants have also reported over an 18% increase in sales or revenue since adding Amazon MCF to their off-Amazon retail channels.
ASCS also offers Buy with Prime for merchants who want Amazon to manage more of their off-Amazon shopping experience. With Buy with Prime, merchants can display the Prime badge and offer fast, free Prime delivery, with Amazon handling the post-purchase experience, including shopper customer service and returns.
“Merchants keep telling us the same thing: they want to use our logistics everywhere they sell because we're fast, reliable, and help them manage their inventory in one place,” said Peter Larsen, Vice President of Amazon Supply Chain Services. “Now we're giving merchants two ways to grow: fast, free Prime delivery on their own site at no added cost, and deeper fulfillment discounts the more they ship with us.”
