NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING — ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT The City of Richmond Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment ZOA-26-071 concerning a limited seasonal-kiosk overlay along a mapped segment of the Canal Walk corridor in Richmond, Virginia. Hearing date: October 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., City Hall Council Chamber, 900 East Broad Street. The amendment would set hours, footprint, and clearance rules for temporary vendor kiosks within the overlay. Written comments may be filed with the Planning and Development Review Department before the hearing. This notice is published once for a Virginia zoning amendment hearing.
