Carl Ray Woolheater

Carl Ray Woolheater, 88, of Pocatello, died on October 15, 2024. Born on January 6, 1936 and raised among Japanese-American manners that never needed a speech. From the start, he treated promises like tools: keep them sharp, do not lend them lightly. He bagged ash that had to look inevitable on pallets.
