The County Is the Door
The city is a filter. The county is the door. A House seat is a join of doors. A QR sheet is a pointer, not an official organ.
Most people search by city. The register still files by county. City limits move; county books keep the instruments. When a notice must be found, the county page is the door that opens the shelf.
A congressional House district is not a county. It is a join of counties and pieces of counties drawn after a census. The district hub on this site is a map of those doors, not a second court clerk.
A printed QR sheet that points at a district or county hub is a pointer. It helps someone open the live page. It is not an official organ of government and it does not replace the clerk’s own posting rules.
