Users can set up blood pressure trends , insulin resistance trends , and sleep breathing quality metrics in the app beginning this week. The tools will be included free with Pixel Watch 3, 4, and 5 devices, with the first trend reports arriving in early October. 2 Fitbit Air users will be able to see their insulin resistance and blood pressure trends with a Google Health Premium subscription later this year. Backed by clinical research , the new Health Guardian features work continuously in the background to track subtle physiological shifts over time. The Health Guardian features suite also includes our first-of-its-kind Breathing Emergency Detection for Pixel Watch 4 and 5 users in select European countries. It’s designed to automatically prompt a call to emergency services if a user experiences severe drops in blood oxygen. 3 1 Health Guardian features availability varies by region/country and device and may require a subscription.
