Nike Alphafly 4 Aims to Help Marathoners Hold Speed as Fatigue Sets In

BEAVERTON, Ore. — Nike’s newsroom introduced Alphafly 4 as a marathon racing shoe rebuilt as a full system. The company says the model delivers 10 percent more energy return than its predecessor, is 5 percent lighter, and is tuned so more runners can keep efficiency when fatigue changes late-race form.
