Seligman: westbound I-40 daytime single-lane work zones near Williamson Valley Road Oct. 14-22
ADOT says westbound Interstate 40 near Seligman will have single alternating travel-lane closures near Williamson Valley Road (mileposts 124-129) on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 14, through Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026, for asphalt overlay paving. No weekend work is planned. Vehicle width limit is 16 feet.
The Arizona Department of Transportation advised drivers on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026, of daytime travel-lane limits on westbound Interstate 40 near Seligman for paving.
When and where. From Wednesday, Oct. 14, to Thursday, Oct. 22, on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., westbound I-40 will have single alternating travel-lane closures near Williamson Valley Road between mileposts 124 and 129. No work is planned on the weekends.
Limits. The vehicle width restriction is 16 feet, and the speed limit is lower in the construction zone.
Why. Crews will apply an asphalt overlay to improve the roadway. ADOT says schedules can change because of weather and other unforeseen factors.
