Louisville: Planning Commission reviews a Medora Road rezoning from industrial to single-family on Oct. 29
Louisville Metro Planning Commission will review case 26-ZONE-0085, a request to rezone a property on Medora Road from M-2 Industrial to R-4 Residential Single-Family with a detailed district development plan, on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2026. The meeting starts at 1 p.m. Eastern.
Louisville Metro’s Office of Planning sent notice on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2026, of an upcoming Planning Commission review of case 26-ZONE-0085, for a property on Medora Road in southwest Louisville.
The request. A change in zoning from M-2 Industrial to R-4 Residential Single-Family, with a detailed district development plan subject to binding elements.
When and where. Thursday, Oct. 29, 2026. The meeting begins at 1 p.m. Eastern (noon Central) and continues until all cases are heard.
