Regulation D: Reserve Requirements of Depository Institutions
The Federal Reserve System published its September 30 final Regulation D amendments setting IORB at 3.90 percent.
The Board of Governors’ September 30 Federal Register rule revises Regulation D and specifies interest on reserve balances (IORB) at 3.90 percent, a 0.25 percentage-point increase from the prior level.
