Agencies publish resolution-plan feedback letters for 15 banking organizations
On September 29, 2026, the Federal Reserve Board and FDIC published feedback letters for 15 banking organizations’ 2025 resolution plans.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Reserve Board published feedback letters on September 29, 2026, for resolution plans submitted by 15 banking organizations in October 2025.
The agencies said they identified no shortcomings or deficiencies in those submissions. They also determined that a shortcoming previously identified in the 2021 BNP Paribas plan had been satisfactorily addressed.
Resolution plans, also called living wills, describe how a banking organization would be resolved in material financial distress or failure. The official release links to the feedback letters.
