Services are anticipated to begin with the first snowfall of the 2026 winter season. The actual commencement of services will be dependent on weather and site conditions. Proposal Submission Interested parties should submit two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of their proposal. The electronic copy shall be provided in PDF or Word format, preferably on a USB drive.
