Area: Oahu in Honolulu, HI. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The island of Oahu in Honolulu County... * WHEN...Until 800 AM HST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 453 AM HST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over Oahu. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1.5 inches per hour. In addition, a slow-moving band of intense rainfall containing rates of 2 to 4 inches per hour is positioned immediately offshore to the west of Oahu and is advancing eastward.
