For this RFI the specific site development is focused on an adult based program, where the interns are no longer enrolled in school or have graduated, and there would be no school district partner unlike typical school district or youth-based Project SEARCH site models. Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are for informational purposes only. This RFI does not extend any rights to prospective vendors or obligate the State to conduct a solicitation or purchase any goods or services. Please see attached for further details. This notice governs the ownership, return, and disclosure of any respondent or other record a respondent submits in response to this Request for Information. (Herein, any reference to Record includes all such records and the offer; any reference to Law includes any federal or State of Alaska (State) law, including any court or administrative order or rule.) 1.
