Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes The FAA is revising a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2014-16-22 and AD 2017-25-13, which apply to certain Airbus SAS Model A330-200, A330-200 Freighter, A330-300, A340-200, A340-300, A340-500, and A340-600 series airplanes; and AD 2024-25-11, which applies to certain Airbus SAS Model A330-200, A330-200 Freighter, A330-300, A330-800 and A330-900 series airplanes. This action revises the NPRM by referencing later service information with new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations and expanding the applicability. The FAA is proposing this airworthiness directive (AD) to address the unsafe condition on these products.
