Radio Broadcasting Services; Selmer, Tennessee This document amends the Table of FM Allotments, of the Federal Communications Commission's (Commission) rules, by deleting vacant Channel 288A at Selmer, Tennessee, because it does not comply with the minimum distance separation requirements of the Commission's rules. Channel 288A at Selmer, Tennessee is short-spaced to Station WVNA-FM by nine kilometers, and there are no alternate channels available to alleviate the existing spacing conflict that would comply with the Commission's spacing requirements. The deletion of vacant Channel 288A at Selmer is consistent with the Commission's policy that we will not retain a vacant FM channel that does not comply with the Commission's spacing requirements.
