The hearing will be held at City Hall, 23718 W US Hwy 27, Second Floor, High Springs, FL. The proposed Ordinance is: ORDINANCE 2026-07 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2026/2027 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET OF THE CITY OF HIGH SPRINGS, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE The public hearing(s) may be continued to one or more future dates. Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time, and place of any continuation of the public hearing shall be announced during the public hearing and that no further notice concerning the matter will be published. A copy of this document may be reviewed at the Office of the City Clerk, Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 6:00 pm. Interested parties in the above item are invited to attend and express their concerns. All persons are advised that, if they decided to appeal any decision made at the public hearing(s), they will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
