Early Saturday, TaxSaleNearby refreshed its public lists. 131 counties have live rows. 190 counties have a live fetcher. Every Oregon county is wired.

A tax sale is a county sale of property when the property tax was not paid. A sheriff sale is similar, but a court case and the sheriff run it. Both kinds show up on public lists. A row on a list is not proof the sale already happened, and it is not legal advice.
TaxSaleNearby reads those official public lists and puts them on county pages. The latest pull finished at 1:18 a.m. Pacific Time on Saturday, October 3, 2026. It added 1,589 new rows. After that pull, 131 counties have live rows. Fetchers, the small readers that pull an official list, are wired for 190 counties across 26 states.
Where the maps are fullest
The fullest maps are Oregon, Pennsylvania, Iowa, Wisconsin, and New Jersey. Oregon has a fetcher for all 36 counties, using sheriff lists. Pennsylvania has 28 wired counties. Iowa has 24. Wisconsin has 23. New Jersey has 19. Ohio has 12, North Carolina has 8, and Illinois has 6. Most other states in the set have only one or two counties.
Seed pages are not today’s list
Every other county page on the site is still a seed. The page is there so people can find the county, but it is not reading a live official list yet. If a county is not in the live set, do not use that page as today’s auction list.

Dates move. Counties cancel sales. A street on a public list can be wrong, so this brief names counties and states only.
