What this prospectus is — and is not

  • It is informational for prospective bidders so they can decide whether to investigate further.
  • It is not the advertisement alone, not the signed contract, and not a Record of Sale or Legal Publication by Notice Nearby.
  • Contract 2400-4T and the sale area map control the deal.

Obtain the appraisal, sample contract, and bidding conditions at the Forest Service offices named in the prospectus.
