Kathy Warden’s Northrop Grumman: mission systems, aerospace, and defining possible

Defense companies rarely put a single name on every major program. Kathy Warden is the exception on the org chart. Chair, CEO, and president of Northrop Grumman since 2019 (CEO and president from January 1, 2019; chair the same year), she is the named leader for a global aerospace and defense technology company of nearly 100,000 employees.
