Please use the east entrance; the meeting will be held on the third floor . The meeting will be held in a hybrid format , and the public is welcome to participate either in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams . Public Comment Members of the public are encouraged to participate. Written comments may be submitted by email prior to the meeting. Please include Seward State Park Citizen Advisory Board in the subject line. Written comments will be forwarded to board members for consideration.
